8. Intellectual Property

All content and software are owned by MBSoft LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MBSoft Systems LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• $100
• The amount paid in the prior 3 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MBSoft Systems LLC for claims arising from misuse of the Services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado.
